Bali’s (not-so-secret) magical flavor-bomb-spice-paste is called ‘Bumbu Bali’. Traditionally, made by hand-grinding whole dried spices with aromatics such as lemongrass, shallots, garlic, ginger with fermented shrimp paste, Bumbu Bali is stacked with flavors to excite each of the tastes in your palate. We create our blend to shortcut the hard work and deliver max flavor. Contains turmeric, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne pepper, cumin, white pepper, and bay leaves.
Turmeric, a backbone of many Asian curries and other sauces, has now achieved superstar status across the world due to its reputation as having anti-inflammatory properties. We created our Turmeric Gold spice blend to provide the bright color and subtle earthy notes of turmeric, complemented by the warming spices nutmeg and cinnamon. Contains turmeric, garlic, onion, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and fenugreek. Use it in any recipe in place of turmeric for a big boost of flavor.
