Shipping Charges on Individual Spice Blend orders (non-subscription orders)
Due to the rising costs of shipping and postage with all carriers recently increasing their rates by roughly 75% since 2020, we are now charging shipping for individual spice orders under $30 as follows:
International Shipping
Due to increasing regulations outside of the USA, we no longer ship outside of the USA.
Shipping Provider
We generally use the US Postal Service to ship all of our product as they are the most cost effective. We have great results using their service and this translates to lower prices for our customers. If you have any issues, please contact us to report problems. We may ship some orders using other carriers at our discretion.
Delivery Delays
We cannot guarantee delivery timing as our shipping carriers won't guarantee delivery timing on the reasonable shipping rates we use.
Delivery times are highly variable. The timing is mostly dictated by the distance of your shipping address from the SF Bay Area.
Replacement Policy
Our policy is that we will replace missing deliveries if not delivered in 3 full weeks from the shipping notice email that you received.
For example, if you received a shipping email on March 15th, then we kindly ask you to wait until April 6th before reaching out to request a replacement.
Changing Your Delivery Address
You must contact us via support chat or email customers@piquantpost.com to change your delivery address. We can only offer change requests before the shipment is shipped. Please provide the old name/address and the new name/address and order number if you have it (PPXXXXX).
Important! Even if you login to your account and attempt to change the address, you must contact us before shipment as fulfillment may occur after your order and before shipment and we might need to grab the order and relabel.
Shipping Carrier for Individual Spice Orders (ie, Non-Subscription Products)
If you order single products from our store (individual spices), those are always shipped separately from subscriptions as we standardize our fulfillment of the monthly subscription, allowing us to offer low prices.
For small orders (1-2 spice packs) to domestic USA addresses, we will mail these using USPS first class mail. No tracking is offered on these small purchases.
For all other individual product orders (3 or more spice packs) we send these using USPS ground parcel rates and the will include tracking in the shipment notification email you receive.
