We cannot guarantee delivery timing as we ship via USPS first class mail ("snail mail") and transit times vary.
For US customers, we mail the subscriptions via USPS first class mail and there is no tracking. Customers typically report delivery in 1-2 weeks although we don't guarantee delivery times and it could take longer.
Renewal policy: This subscription is for 12 month prepaid spice subscription. It will not renew unless you tick the box to force renewal, in which case it will renew every 365 days unless canceled. You will receive email reminders 2 days before it renews. Cancel anytime before renewal to not be charged. Prepaid orders will still ship even if you cancel.
Please order individual spices in a separate transaction - they ship separately from the monthly subscriptions.
Refund policy: We will refund any unshipped items. If you forget to cancel and it renews, please contact us and we'll refund the balance for any unshipped items.
Subsequent shipping cycle: Subscriptions always ship on the 15th of the month.
