Notes

We like to use large shrimp (21/25) for a juicier bite. Shrimp sizes are denoted by a number - 21/30 means there are about 21-25 shrimp per pound.

Optional ingredients add a little character and flavor but don’t sweat it if you don’t have them.

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic and Piquant Post Hawaiian 7 Spice. Marinate for 15 mins.

Meanwhile, combine all the salsa ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside (can be made the day before and refrigerated covered).

Heat a large skillet with olive oil on Med-High heat. Cook and sear the shrimp, until just pink, about 2 mins  per side.

Serve shrimp over warm tortillas. Top with pineapple salsa, additional Hawaiian 7 Spice, cilantro, and lime.
